Summary: The rooms were a little dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. They’re in the middle of a major renovation, which bodes well. While I didn’t dine in the restaurant, the food smelled amazing, and the staff was terrific. I’ll definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: Employees went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. New ownership company and the entire resort is under a major remodel and renovation, so things were a little of sorts. I am extremely excited to see the changes over the next year or so. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable along with phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Staff that cares about customers and money to invest into the property, is Bay Valley making a Rocky Balboa like return?? Only time will tell.

Summary: This may have been a Hotels.com problem, but when I arrived I was told there were no rooms. The clerk was not super compassionate, but at least put me in what was maybe a room under repair. The door would not shut properly and there was no mini refrigerator, which I was really planning on. Room was comfortable enough. But my experience this time was a 2- or 3- Star at best.

Summary: The handicap entrance to get in with your suitcases instead of hauling them up all the stairs, had no door so anyone could come in. Not safe! We only had 1 washcloth and hand towel. Sent a message no response. Called no one answered. No phone, refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot in room. Carpet was so dirty our feet were black. We were told there was breakfast for a fee. Found out breakfast is only served on Sunday. Food in lounge was delicious. Hopefully there new remodeling will help these issues.

Summary: The facility was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Undergoing a remodeling with limited rooms. Could really use a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Also needs to have more counter space in bathrooms for women to do their morning routine. Also could use a mirror in room besides the bathroom. The pillows were very poor. And the continental breakfast was very minimal.

Summary: We had a lot of fun in the pool. The pool is in fair condition, but the indoor outdoor aspect of it was fantastic. My kids had a blast as far as the rooms we didn’t receive very good directions to the room and when we went to find the rooms all the hallways were dark with no lighting and we wandered armed for about 10 minutes before we found where our room was at. There’s not any amenities in the room no microwave no refrigerator. We knew about that beforehand, but it’s still would be nice to have that stuff as far as the room the room was average. It was generally clean and the bed were comfortable. The shower was good hot water, and good pressure

Summary: The resort has a nice aesthetic, but needs a little TLC. After speaking to the staff I realized that the property is currently in the earlier stages of renovation. I look forward to seeing it after it’s all done, because this place has so much potential. The staff is amazing. It’s not often that you meet such friendly, caring people. I will definitely return if I’m ever back in this area.

Summary: They charged me for two nights and we only stayed one. They didn’t know how long it would take to get my refund. The pool was great! They had zero towels and cleaning crew wasn’t coming until the morning. But for the one night it was an ok place to stay. Safe property.
